Long story. This place robbed me.
One of the staff members gave me the wrong eyeglasses. My glasses were either lost or stolen by this place. I have requested to speak to someone in charge repeatedly and they refuse. The doctor is allegedly aware but refuses to call me back or see me in person to rectify. The person I spoke to was nervously laughing and was lying to me a SEVERAL times to the whereabouts of my eye glasses. My designer frames were 400 and l simply requested an rx update. When I came to pickup my glasses. They were the correct ones but when the associate went to package the glasses, she switch them with a cheap plastic pair of Jenny McCarthy frames with a different RX. Now, I'm without eye glasses in a city that takes at least two weeks to update eyeglasses ( in Chicago, we do them same day). This is a major inconvenience. I have asked for my glasses and they are playing dumb. Avoid this place at all costs.

My husband and I have been coming to Eye Care Central for around 8 years and we have always had fantastic experiences. The front staff is helpful and welcoming and Dr. Vo is informative and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor experience and would definitely recommend trying this place out!

I’ve been going here for about 8 years and have had a great experience. Dr Vo is very kind, patient, and thoughtful. He does a very good job of explaining exactly what he’s seeing and they have a great selection of eyewear to boot. I’ve gotten compliments on different frames I’ve gotten and have always enjoyed the stores nice and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them
