I had a very bad experience at this optometrist. Dr. Mccracken was rude and did not listen to me about my eye issues, cutting me off mid-sentence. The prescription I was given was incorrect -- I found this out after wearing glasses made with the prescription for a week and finding it very hard to read. I have since got a new prescription from a different doctor.
Two stars as the office was easy to find and the rest of the staff were kind.

This was the best eye exam that I had ever had. And to learn that he was a Durham native also like myself and Matt Libby that was great. Matt is the best guy and made purchase on my new eyeglasses great.

We have had to use Dr.McCracken in two different situations that were we were dealing with an eye abrasion. Both times the staff and Dr.McCracken have been top tier. They are quick, efficient, kind and understanding. Both times they have went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I could never speak highly enough about this practice.
