Dr. Horowitz gave me my first-ever eye exam about 6 weeks ago. She was gentle and patient (and fun!). She and her staff were very friendly and helpful providing me clear updates on my insurance, the exam, and how to care for my new glasses. I've had my new glasses for about a month now--wanted to make sure I was able to get used to them before writing a review. I am very pleased with how they look and the quality. They are progressives, which has revolutionized my driving-GPS-navigating experience! I would highly recommend Dr. Horowitz to anyone.

Edit from 2023: I have now been going here for 4+ years and the styles of the glasses are so pretty. They're also incredibly durable. I wear my glasses every day and my backup pair I used for several years and it still looks fine. Also they squeezed me in when I was about to lose my insurance and actually even stayed a little late for me which was so nice. I will definitely keep going here! Previous review: Dr. Roberta talked (edit from 2023: she's right in her reply that this was probably the wrong word) me into a pair of glasses much more fun and weird than I would have picked on my own. I was a little nervous about them, but the day I picked them up, I went to Starbucks right after and literally the first thing the cashier said to me was "oh I love your glasses!". So the very first person I saw after getting the glasses complimented me on them. I'll definitely be back!
