I purchased scratch resistant glasses from here with a warranty. They did not want to honor the warranty, extremely rude about it. They ended up blaming me and said I’m the reason why they are so scratched up. I took good care of my glasses. It was almost like these were extremely defective and scratch prone. I ended up just going somewhere else and they actually honor their word. AVOID this place, they did something similar to my daughter .

As a first time customer, I had an absolutely great experience at this Optometrist/Eye Care Center! This was one of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve received from a business (from an entire Staff) in a while! Dr. Lozano was very nice and thorough with my exam and explaining the current condition of my eyes. Additionally, Andrea and Natalie were very patient, knowledgeable and thorough with going over the multiple selection of frames and the various options for the lenses that the center offered, to include explaining the details of my insurance coverage. I definitely recommend this location!! Thank you Eye Care New Braunfels Team!!
