The optical Team was really helpful and professional. The doctor took care of my needs as soon as I walked in for my check up. Her helper wasn’t available so she right away took over an check me in. Great team !

I had an appointment at 12:20pm, but eventually my eye exam started at 1:45pm with the O.D.. What’s the point of having an appointment? My exam was completed in 15 minutes. When I arrived at 12:20pm, the O.D. was working on one customer with dilation and another customer who probably was a walk-in customer waiting in front of me. So the O.D. spent 1.5 hrs on the other two customers and 15 minutes on me. I feel my time as a customer was not valued at all. After my exam, I saw the other two customers in the LensCrafters next door. Apparently all three of us were there for eye prescriptions.
