I feel I am always listened to and the doctor spends the time with you to successfully accomplish the appointment. He is a very nice man and his employees are very sweet.

Beautiful place and they were all so helpful. The doctor I saw was very pleasant and very thorough. I will definitely stay with them for all my eyeglass needs.

Terrible, rude front office women. Had to call a couple times (rude) and after at my appointment 6 mos earlier at which point I ordered glasses, but later would need contacts. They said, that is fine. Ok, when I called to order contacts... Nope! They said I had to get a new exam. I asked, Isn't the prescription good for a year? Yes, it is. Well, why do I have to pay for a whole new contact exam? After a few rounds of no good reason. I had to go back to work. I called later and asked to talk to the office manager and was met with rudeness by the lady who answered the phone. Then after a few minutes got the rude office manager on the phone. I kept my cool and asked again why I had to pay for a new exam when my script was only 6 months old? She poo pooed my question and said, you have double insurance and only used the one last time so it will be paid for by your husband's insurance 😳😲. Excuse me! I have to get a new exam because you can make money because I have more insurance available! Nope! I will go back to Lens Crafters, they've always done right by me and took their time to answer my questions. And... The ladies who greet me at Lens Crafters and help me check out are always kind and professional. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for your eye care needs.
