Cheap frames labeled as flex frame. No manufacturer warranty on frames. Cheap arm broke off of frame only a couple months in and the only option was to buy the frames again.

Today was my first appointment with Eye Care One and I cannot say enough good things. The facility was very clean and the staff was excellent. Dr. Abby took her time with me to explain everything we were looking for and even recommended a retinal specialist. She was kind and informative to myself as well as my husband who also had an appointment that day. I’ll be a returning customer from now on. 10/10!

I’ve been coming here for three years, my insurance changed and I called to update that with them. I confirmed they take my insurance, gave the member #, and scheduled my appointment. When I arrived for the appointment(which I took off of work for, and moved my schedule around for) they told me that they don’t take my insurance, and that it’s $79 if I wanted to be seen that day. I had called specifically for this issue, and they told me everything was good prior to my arrival. Verifying with them doesn’t seem to get you very far.
