I’m so grateful I was referred to Dr. Jackson and his team! I was honestly pretty nervous about having my procedure done, but they made me feel so comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Dr. Jackson was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly felt like I was in good hands, and that meant so much to me. I’m very thankful for the care I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson and his team!

Waiting time was longer than expected. When doc and his assistant, Tina came in things move along quickly. The person who took my information was not overly concerned. I had to ask her name and I introduced myself. All she did was confirm my DOB, never mentioned or asked my name. Maybe she could do with some patient interaction training.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Jackson’s since he took over Dr Robinson’s practice when Dr Robinson moved to California. I have nothing but high praise for Dr Jackson and his high quality care of my eye care. The office staff has been nothing but professional and very easy to work with. I don’t want to ever have to go anywhere else for my eye care needs. I will be a patient for life, as long as this clinic continues to welcome me as a eye care patient.

I found the staff to be very friendly. Dr. Jackson went over my eye scan and explained clearly and gave me the options for my problem. I would recommend them.

The doctors I had were wonderful. Dr. Jackson makes you feel comfortable and trusted. Those feelings are real. So glad my wonderful Dr. Curtis got me scheduled and taken care of. Love them!

Had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes in a room alone waiting for the doctor to show up, then he spent 4 minutes with me and was gone.

I really like the doctor and staff but at least for my last two appointments it has taken over 2 hours to complete the exam, the majority of which is waiting, either in reception or the exam room. I wish they could correct something in their operations of the office to avoid these long waits. Thank you

Jessica was really nice and helpful! Needed a frame readjustment and she was very busy but didn’t skip a beat and was so nice!

The Staff there are nice but their prices are VERY expensive. I understand my insurance doesn’t cover vision, but I really wish they were more clear on their payments and what it is for. My first visit I felt that I was clear to them that my insurance doesn’t cover vision. I even asked if there was anything else to pay the day of my appointment before I left and was told no. After paying on the day of my appointment I see another payment that was mailed to me that was due. $547.40 payment for the eye exam, lens fitting and 6 months of contacts is insane. Sorry I will have to go somewhere else, especially after hearing my coworkers pay much less elsewhere!

Such a lovely experience they are the best . I'll finally be able to see clear again soon .

Dr Wolf and his staff provided a very comfortable environment during this eye exam. They are extremely professional and meticulous. Great attention to detail by the staff and Dr Wolf led to a very positive experience.

Took my granddaughter for an appointment. Staff not very friendly for the most part. When it came time to check out they gave me the glasses prescription. I asked them do we look at glasses here (which they had a very small selection) she …

Nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The wrong insurance was run at first and they were very helpful and quick to re-run for the correct one. They were also able to get my son an appointment last minute before he moved. This is definitely my new eye doctor!

Waited 1-2 hours past appointment time for my daughter to be seen both times. When I asked the receptionist how much longer she stated that a 2 hour wait after appointment time is normal. Their process had no respect or consideration for my time away from work or the time my daughter had to miss school. I would not recommend coming here solely based on their inefficient scheduling and the incredibly long wait times.
