I've been going to ECVA Elmwood for 15 years but this time told they won't replace my lenses with new script because the existing frames are older than 2 years old (they were about 3 yrs). Whaaaa! Never had this problem and my frames were like new. They sent me away with nothing and had to go elsewhere. I won't be going back.

They are very fast here but listen to what it is you have to say. Also, the secretary Liz is bilingual and is amazing for the Spanish speaking community.
