I honestly regret coming to this place I've been going to pearle vision for years but decided to go here and they charge you for contact trials here, at pearle vision they never did and I come to pick up the trials I need an appointment ... like really pearle vision never did this just pick them up and on my way I dont like that* update * they wanna charge me $30 dollars to get fitted for my trials!!! Wth because it took me a while to come pick them up I had already paid $30 for my trials they wanna charge me more hell no they better give me my contacts or something will be done about this!!!

I went for an eye check-up. Nice people. Explain everything i want to know.

Very nice doctor and staff. However, I had to wait over 3 weeks for my glasses to be delivered. If you ask, they will give you a copy of your prescription so you can order additional glasses on Zenni Optical.

They are the best. I went to another place last year because they were so busy here and i couldn't get a Saturday appt. Biggest mistake ever. Had to spend a year with glasses that I took back three times to the other place. Got in this year to get new glasses with Becky and I know they will be right and comfortable. Can't wait

The service was ok, but I've been waiting on the glasses for almost 3 weeks and when I call nobody answers.

I have been a eye patient of theirs for several years and Will Not go anywhere else. I started to go to them when I lived in Irving..I have lived in Ft Worth for 5 years. No other doctor can work well with my tricky prescription without screwing the glasses or prescription up..Becky and Doc are the most phenomenal human beings..they talk to you like family..they spend the time with you that you need..answer questions. The office is small and quaint but boy the family atmosphere and professionalism go so far beyond my expectations. I will forever be their faithful patient. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and my family throughout the years. You are truly the Best! Mary Phillip's and family.

Best customer service!

Wife and I went in for an appointment, we recent move to Irving and this place came up as a preferred provider from my insurance. This had to be the absolute WORST experience that either of us have ever had. The staff was rude. When it was time for our appointment, the doctor took both of our glasses and asked us to walk back to the exam room. I should mention that my wife was on crutches. She didn't bother to asked if we could see okay enough to move without our glasses on. Well, we got back there and my wife mentioned something, and the DOCTOR actually got snarky with us. The equipment looked to be from the early 90s, if not before, no modern exam equipment in there. Didn't say anything about dilating our eyes. We won't ever go back, nor will we recommend this place. It is in old downtown Irving, the parking lot has potholes in it that when I was growing up we'd call them TANK TRAPS... The building is old and dilapidated.

Becky is the best eyeglass fitter and ajuster I've ever experienced.

Dr Monica Rodriguez was very professional. I will be back.

Mark ruiz was fantastic, but the lady that checked out lenses was terrible. She was rude when we came in, and we overlooked it because Mark was awesome. Then she was rude to my wife as we browsed for frames. She came in and started barking at my wife not to put anything back because of covid precautions. My wife wasn't putting anything back on the shelf, she was trying on a pair of glasses and looking in the mirror. This lady was totally in the wrong. It remains to be seen if the glasses will latrine in 7-10 business days. Edit: picked up the glasses, the same lady persisted in being rude. Mumbling rude things under her breath, with the most vile tone. Never go here.

The experience wasn't that bad. However, this was my first experience. I felt rushed to pick out my frames as well as didn't really feel like I got to pick my own frames. …

Awful experience. I have been to many places. Getting prescription took 3 months. I was being charged wrongfully due to a file mistake. They were about to charge someone else’s insurance even after I told them I was certain the policy they were trying to charge was not mine. Ophthalmologist knew what she was doing and was a bit snarky. She also did not have the optimal help. Her helper was also rude. The equipment was not up to date. Location is a little run down. Will not be returning.

They are the Best in Irving Texas. They tell it like it is.
