This is one of the best eye places I've ever been to! The team there is so wonderfully nice and helpful. Dr Brad and his assistant are both warm and caring; and very informative. I learned things no other eye doctor has ever mentioned about my particular vision health. I look forward to being a long time patient.

Doctor, suggest I get progressive glasses. I went up north for few months and glasses didn't work. Call the office once didn't get return call. Today I went over and explain to women I can't wear these glasses. She told me since it was more than 60 days, cost $129 to replace lens. If doctor suggest these glasses and they don't work for me, I should not have to pay. Poor customer service and doctor should explain good and bad points about progressive glasses. Also, young lady told me these were expenses glasses and I had insurance for two years, but not to replace progressive lens.

We have been seeing Dr. Mackie for several years. His caring and competence keep us coming back. The entire staff in this office deserve a 5*+ rating. Thank you.
