I love this place. I started bringing my child here when he was a baby in 1998. We came every year for about 25 years I came as a patient 2 years ago and again today. I miss Dr Maddox. He was amazing! But Dr Taylor was great today!!!

Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing. I look forward to my annual visits. The level of customer service is second to none!

Love Dr Taylor have been seeing him for over 5 years. Dr Irwin is a great surgeon and always pleased with my care by the whole staff. They have tropical fish tanks in the waiting room to enjoy while you wait.

Good luck with trying to get your medical records released to another office. I twice emailed my release form as directed and West GA Eye Care responded to me the first time! Then I received an email from South Carolina Eye Care the second time! I finally made the 70 mile round trip to hand deliver the release form in person. Now I'm waiting for North Dakota Eye Care to respond!? 🤷

Everyone there was absolutely amazing and we're very helpful every step of the way. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Earvin and their staff are all just awesome. I highly recommend if you need anything at all do do with your vision, these folks are the best of the best!

Doctor Maddox is the best and has been my doctor for my eyes since I was little. All the people who in there are sweet and always have smiles on the face.

My husband and I had back to back appointments yesterday. The receptionist was very sweet and professional, the wait time wasn't bad, the tech was great very kind and considerate ( my husband has memory issues) ,the doctor was wonderful. Frankly I couldn't ask for better care.

The staff is very nice. They work efficiently and attentive to your eye care.

I not only had expedient care for extreme eye pain, but received excellent care from setting the appointment, checking in, to examination, and diagnosis. I appreciated the welcoming reception, and friendly check-out! Dr John was very professional, reassuring, and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I felt not only seen as an individual, but confident in his plan. I recommend Dr. John on all levels of treatment!

Met Dr John for the first time today. Was impressed by his knowlege and his willingness to answer questions. The staff was kind and helpful. Everything flowed smoothly and I made it home in record time. Check in was easy and the check out was just as good.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ervin’s for several years. He and his staff are all wonderful. The staff is professional, caring and very efficient. Dr. Ervin is a very good doctor. He listens to you and answers your questions. These are things I like in a doctor.

I see Dr Taylor and have always been very pleased with the care i I receive. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Never makes me feel like he is in a hurry or rushed. Listens to my concerns and answers questions. He diagnosed my condition when others could not. Referred me to the appropriate doctor to treat my problem. Now I follow up with Dr Taylor annually.

Staff is very professional and helpful. Wait time can be long but they are thorough in comprehensive eye care using quality equipment for testing. It takes a while to get a regular appointment so plan ahead.

I’ve been seeing Dr Fleetwood Maddox and Dr Chip Maddox since childhood. After both retired , I was anxious about a new doctor. Dr Taylor was very nice. He referred me To Dr John for further evaluation. Dr John and the entire staff were warm , kind and helped me feel much better. I’ll begin a medication this week which will hopefully manage the issue. Dr John is very knowledgeable, explains everything and has a a calming reassuring manner which I appreciate more than words can express. I certainly hope he stays at this practice many many years.

The techs/nurses seem to be afraid of or coddling to the doctors. I recently had a cataract removed from my eye. I saw the whole surgery from the inside. Every instrument, every poke, including the removal and replacement of the lens. Local anesthesia only. This is barbaric.

I went to this eye care center after noticing difficulty focusing while reading at night. The doctor carefully checked both eyes and explained the changes in my vision without making things confusing. Staff members stayed calm and respectful even during a crowded afternoon.

Well, I think these people have been dealing with trash so long and have such a superiority complex (not to mention that management is all 60+), they have forgotten how to speak to normal, cash paying people without sounding like pompous Karens. I guess that will fly when the free market doesn't pay their checks and it's left to medicaid. The younger employees are decent and show care. The older ladies are the reason this place has a 3.3. No worries though: they'll retire soon. Hey docs: Karens are contagious to a company's culture... you guys may want to consider cutting some fat.

Posted by Emily for Martha Howard: I am a few weeks from 95 years old and I had bilateral Cataract Surgery at ECCG. Best decision I ever made, best surgery service I ever received, and best doctors I’ve ever met, Dr. Taylor and my surgeon Dr. Ervin. On the evening of each surgery Dr. Ervin, himself, called me to see if I was experiencing any pain. I did not experience pain either time, and I highly recommend this surgery at ECCG!

I had a pleasant experience. The wait time was better than the last experience I had. The staff is always pleasant and professional. Dr. Moore is always a pleasure.

The staff in this office treat you like family. They could not be any Kinder than what they are and they go above and beyond to help you any way they can. For all the work these ladies do I hope they are paid well because they are Johnny on the spot with getting all the work done and getting us ready to see the doctor . The building is well kept and always clean . The aquarium is absolutely gorgeous . Yes I get aggravated having to wait on Dr Moore to see me as there is no excuse for a doctor to be late coming into the office . However , Dr Moore is perhaps one of the best doctors around these parts! He has performed a couple of surgeries on me and he really keeps an eye on my eyes! Wouldn't think of going to another doctor.

D. Ervin is professional and thorough. I travel 70 miles to see Dr. Ervin because I have no desire to change to a new ophthalmologist where I reside. I have been making this trip for over 12 years.

Best in every way!! Very short wait time . Everyone from the Doctors to all the staff are top notch and really care for the patients
