My elderly mother’s glasses were dropped recently and scratched to the point where she couldn’t see. Due to this, she tripped and broke her pelvis in 3 places. We were referred here by her primary care physician at Kaiser. When told their soonest appointment was 3 months out, I told them the situation. Unfortunately they did not see this as an emergency, that she could not see. I finally caved and scheduled an appointment for 3 months out. When I stated that we could not make the only 2 time slots offered, the operator simply said “ok”. She didn’t even offer another day or time for 3 months out. I hung up feeling as if my mom is just another discarded elderly person that this system cares nothing about. The complacency and unwillingness to work with us to find another time was astounding to me. How bout just say “the next open slot is…”… why just “ok”? They shrugged us off. I am a very polite and patient person who deserves the same respect. Please do not support this business who clearly does not support the elderly.

Starting with the ladies in the front desk...they are marvelous! The staff puts out this wonderful, caring happy energy. It's a great atmosphere of happiness!! So attentive to your needs. Love this place. I would definitely recommend this place for any eye problem you might have.
