If it wasn't for the doctor who happened to walk out from the back and help me, I would have given zero stars. Ignored from the minute I walked through the door. Out of three people sitting typing away at computers with no customers in front of them I was made to wait for at least 15 minutes to ask if I was in the correct place. Extremely unattentive and uninterested in helping me buy a set of contact lenses. Even though my insurance company and I spoke to them the day before about me coming in to pickup contact lenses, driving an hour each way, they couldn't supply them. Then no one could recall the phone conversation less than 24 hours before. This was an absolute fail!!

I visited the eye center of South Florida, on April 20, 2023 for an appointment for glasses. And today I picked up my glasses & I love them. The prescription was on spot. And Alie, was nice enough to help me to fit the new glasses. She was also wonderful in helping me to order a prescription sun glasses. I have been a patient there for a few years and always had a wonderful experience from the receptionist to the doctor (Dr F.) all of the staff members are professional & very helpful.

DR. Fallahzadeh is very meticulous during the eye exam. She doesn't let you go until she explained everything she sees on the images! Literally. She is a genious! This year the front desk ladies were super professional, patient, and efficient. My only complaint is that the frames are a bit pricey. I d like them to have a more affordable line of frames. I am not into brands, maybe that s why. I had to make 2 pairs of glasses , one for me and one for my daughter and only made one pair there. I got my daughter's glasses done at another eye center where they had a promo the 2nd pair 50% off ( South FL Vision Center). They didn't have as many and fancy frames buy way more affordable. I would ve liked to have them made at The Eye Center of SFL, Pembroke Pines if they 'd have had some kind of promo. Overall, excellent experience.
