Dealing with borderline emergency eye issue, I was made to feel very valued not just as a customer but as a human being. Every person on staff was pleasant and professional. This has not been my experience in many medical settings I've been to in the past ten years, so a huge thumbs up to Dr. Gandy and the fine staff in his office.

Every time I go to Dr. Gandy's office, the process is simple and quick. He and the staff there are always friendly. If there is ever an issue with my eyes, he explains it to me in a way that's easily understood.

The friendly, caring demeanor of Dr. Kansara and the staff made an uncomfortable situation much more pleasant than I anticipated. Everything was explained to us so that all of my questions and concerns were answered.
