Very long wait even when appointment is scheduled weeks ahead. Staff seems to be helpless about the long wait and the bathroom not working (again). Way too many interns experimenting on you while you wait for the Dr to finally meet you. When you finally get to the Dr, they have very little time to speak to you. Really feels like a the Walmart of Eye clinics.

I totally love Dr Williams but I keep getting double billed I went for my exam paid my bill I was told I didn't have to pay when I came for my new contacts... then today another bill totalling 250.00 that seems shady to me and I won't go back even though I've been going for many years

Very sophisticated equipment but the staff, from assistants to Dr. Hoffman are bound to insist on cataracts surgery to all patients. They were pushy in that regard.

They charged me for medical exams I never did, I tried in every way to ask for a new correct bill but there was no way. I had to pay, That's scam!

I've been passed around, moved about, for 1.5 hrs. Now I know what cattle go through.
