We have been trying to get a return "COURTESY" call for a month. Nobody answers the phone....they just let it go to messaging saying they will return your call within 24hrs. Well it has been 720 HOURS!!! I need surgery also but I'll be danged if I want the stress of this place!!! I cannot speak of Eye Center of SETX cuz weve done business with them for years! But there is definitely something lacking with. Dr. Ren's staff! However; Dr. Ren has excellent Dr./parent relationships

Dr. Ren is very polite and thorough. I had a great experience here. I highly recommend him if you have any problems with your eyes.
