I went here for my first appointment. When I checked in, the front desk associate told me there was no appointment for me that day and she had it down for another day. I understand it could be a mistake on my part or hers. Not sure. But I had it in my calendar twice, once on the fridge calendar and once in my phone. The one star was not for that inconvenience but for the way it was handled by the associate. She continued on about how she never even called me for a confirmation so why would I come in? Very confertational and blaming. She also said she never received my referral (which was sent over 2 months ago) as it was my fault. I canceled my appointment there that was made for the wrong day and went somewhere else. I tried to explain to her to please understand from the patients point of view the inconvenience and she said I'm sorry the dr said I have to send you away. She seemed very frazzled and confused when I called to make the appointment so I assume she put me down for the wrong day AND time.. Plus, I had to wait 2 months to get in there just for a healthy eye exam! I do not recommend.
