Dr. Michael Rizen is a wonderful ophthalmologist. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He genuinely cares about his patients, answers all the questions, explains in very understandable terms. He also stays on top of any potential eye issues. I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have such an outstanding ophthalmologist.

Surprised to see all the 5 star reviews. While the doctors are okay, the front office is trash. They make sure you know that only their time is valuable and yours is not. Been there twice (with scheduled appointments) and had to >1 hr both times. Once I went to check where I was on the line after waiting for 40 mins, and the front desk person was surprised that I even wanted to know that. They are plainly taking advantage of a lack of competition in the area.

I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Phan, and the experience has been absolutely life changing. The procedure was completely painless and Dr Phan’s calm, confident approach made me feel confident from start to finish. Before surgery, I needed glasses 100% of the time. Now, I only use them for reading. The clarity and freedom I’ve regained are remarkable. Colors are brighter, details are sharper, and everyday life feels easier and more enjoyable. I can drive without glasses! I’m incredibly grateful for Dr Phan’s skill and care. I highly recommend her to anyone considering cataract surgery - my results have far exceeded every expectation.

I had laser eye surgery for glaucoma and two days later had a bad reaction. My regular dr was out of town so Dr Davis stepped up and took great care of me. He had me come in late on a Friday (unscheduled) and treated me with several different medications for hours until my eye pressure returned to normal. Then he saw me again the next day (Saturday- they were closed) and adjusted my medications and checked my eye pressure again, and then I returned Monday to get checked again. Fortunately my eye is healing and I received over-the-top care and I am doing well now. I’m so thankful he was there to take care of my eye, this was not something that could’ve been treated in the ER. I highly recommend Eye Clinic of Bellevue. Staff are all very professional and friendly too.

I haven’t had my eyes checked in a couple years and as I was browsing places to get my eyes checked the eye clinic of Bellevue was recommended by a handful of people! The process of scheduling the went so smooth especially with the employees being so helpful! When I arrived there was signs saying to call or text on arrival so I called in and this young gentleman took care of me over the phone because I was unaware of which entrance to go to. He told me to enter through the east entrance and from there I got screened. I happened to be wearing a medical mask, and they said if I didn’t have a mask or a medical mask they would supply me with one which is super kind of them to do so. After I got screened I checked into to the front desk, I gave the receptionist all of my info and I filled out some paperwork on an iPad and it was so easy to use! Once I got everything filled out they called me back and I was able to get my eyes checked! The technician was so nice and explained everything in full detail because I wasn’t too sure what was going on. Afterwards Dr.Phan came in and checked everything out with my eyes and she was so helpful and told me what I needed to do to take better care of my eyes. From there I was done! It was an exciting experience at the eye clinic! I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment! I forgot to mention that there’s a nice fish tank in the waiting room to keep you entertained!

I saw Dr Miller at the Eye Clinic of Bellevue and the Eye Clinic of Mercer Island. Both locations were great! Dr Miller was excellent and very caring with me as a patient. She listens and explains everything she is doing. My vision became cloudy in my left eye due to a prior cataract surgery 11 years ago. Dr Miller cleared it up using a laser. My vision is back to normal now. I highly recommend Dr Miller.
