I've not had a problem with this clinic. Wait times between seeing the assistant and the doctor are pretty average from my experiences (hence four stars, not five). I usually come here for my yearly diabetic eye exam, and they're decently friendly.

I wouldn’t take my dog there! Very unprofessional, Sky the tech missed my sons eye with the drops.When she put the drops in his eyes his heart started to race and he became nauseous. He asked if this was a side effect her response was I’ve never had that happen in my three years being here. I asked her how many 19 year olds do you have as patients that has had two heart surgeries and complex medical history like his? She didn’t even say I’ll get the doctor. When the doctor finally came in he blew it off also. He wound up in the emergency room. If I could give them a zero I would. I’m very thankful we didn’t have to pay for this exam since he satisfied his out of pocket limit or else I would have been extremely upset. Stay clear of this place!!!!

Dr Hollenbeck is awesome.The reason I’m giving only one star due to customer service in the front desk who is very rude and the worst customer service ever.I fell like she treated me differently because of my ethnicity.Unfortunately I did not get her name but she’s that blonde lady in the front desk

Dr. Cubanski is an experienced doctor, she did an eye surgery for my mom and I absolutely was surprised with the results. The staff cares and enjoy there jobs. I would recommend this place to all my relatives and friends.

I'm going through some sight issues and I've had to come in 3 time... 2 time to see the doctor and once for a test. Testing was quick but the doctor take or makes you wait at least an hour... They are always running late. I have had my appointment early in the morning and later in the day... No difference. For the amount they charge you and your insurance, go somewhere else that values your time as much as your $$$

I went to see Dr. Cubanski for this occasional blurriness in one eye. I guess she gets a lot of patients because I had to wait about a month before my appointment. When I got into the patient room, the assistant got me started, like they do, but I had to wait aboit 40 minutes for the doctor to come in! I literally dozed off a couple times (not intentionally). Then I was prescribed glasses, which aren't working. Maybe an unlucky experience, but these glasses make me feel extremely nauseous and I can't see better in them anymore (blurring getting worse).
