My entire family love Dr Nguyen: apart from showing a wonderful personal interest in us, she is always extremely professional with her exams, advice and care. We completely trust her skills and expertise and feel fortunate that we discovered her clinic.

We came here after being patients at America’s Best and are so happy we made the switch!! Very kind, personable, and attentive. My husband even remarked that he truly felt taken care of instead of just a number, like at our previous eye doctor. Highly recommend!!!

Eye Concepts has been taking great care of my optical needs for 15 years. I’ve sent numerous friends and family and they are equally happy with the attentive care and amazing selection of eyewear. Even though I’ve lived 30 miles away for the past 10 years, I still travel to Eye Concepts to receive the most excellent care and service. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with the care of my eyes.

This place is amazing. She is so sweet and kind. She listened to all my concerns and walked me through several different plans of care. I love that she was not pushy at all and just gave me the options.

You really don’t know what makes an optometrist great until you’re away for a while and go to other places and realize what you missed out on. She is very knowledgeable, passionate, and patient. I accidentally messed up one of my trial contacts and she replaced it no problem! Highly recommend this place!

This is by far the best eye doctor around. Not only is she extremely efficient and professional, she cares about your problem and does not stop until you are taken care of. I have been going here for years and recommend to anyone who will listen. She has helped me find the perfect contact lenses for my astigmatism, never pushes any brand.

She’s very kind and professional. She took her time to explaining to me what exactly she was doing and made sure I understood what was going on with my eyes. She creates a very welcoming atmosphere and does not make you feel dumb for not knowing things or asking questions. My friend referred me to her after her own positive experience. After we received our glasses, my husband said “OMG, I can see everything so clearly like when I was young.” 😂. We’ve been going to different optometrists for years, and we’ve never had such a great experience as we’ve had at this place.

I have visited the practice twice, once in 2021 and again 2022. My eyesight is complex as I have no binocular vision. In all the years of attending eye exams only one optometrist in London was able to prescribe a workable solution. Now, thankfully, I have Dr Thuy Nguyen as his equally talented successor here in Montgomery. I no longer need fly to London. Dr Thuy impressed me with her rapid understanding of my dilemma. She was quick, efficient, understanding and very kind. The premises were kept in pristine condition and the service was highly professional. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Worst place ever got glasses from in 20 years of wearing glasses. My Opthamologist checked prescription and both pairs were totally incorrect. Not only were they wrong but consistently promising and not delivering. After setting a appointment to pick up glassesOwner went so far as after setting a appointment to pick up glasses owner called to say daughter in accident and at ER. Since she kept giving me excuses I was Leary of her excuse so went to store within 30 minutes to see if there, and yes she was working, Went to door and she had the nerve to say her daughter had died. Yet she stayed at store and dispersed glasses to other customers. I truly could not imagine that someone could lie about something like that. Wanted my frame and cancel order, she said did not have because she had just sent back to lab?? Yet next morning she called to say could come get. (Shipping wise no way for turn around time) Now since my Dr checked prescription I find out the Sunglasses I paid cash for are not correct prescription. Run don’t walk away from this business. I was so appalled by her wanting to push blame to me saying I wasn’t nice, while I did get frustrated after numerous promises broke, I never raised my voice or become belligerent! I’m sure some frustration was evident but rightly so after many promises not kept.Still need to go back regarding sunglasses but will take husband with.

Dr. Thao was very kind. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and I'm very happy with my experience. I'm so glad I found this practice, and I highly recommend it!

Top notch place. Don't go anywhere else for frames and lenses. The best customer service experience you will get. Thao and Thuy are some of the nicest people you will meet and are super knowledgeable. They have a great selection of your more modern stylish frames, so if you don't want the run of the mill boring selection that is at your typical Glasses-R-Us store, go to Eye Concepts. You will not be disappointed.
