Even though I have insurance that will provide me with a free exam and glasses I will always still prefer to come here. I've been coming here for YEARS, and the great customer service has never changed. They're knowledgeable, patient, caring, nice , great energy and honest, if a style of glasses dont fit your face structure they let you kmow. (which I appreciate) they have great reasonable prices on glasses and even have high end glasses for all you bougie B's.

Staff is very friendly, attentive to clients and listen to what they are looking for and not just throwing random glasses to sample. Plus i simply had to wait 30 minutes to get my new pair of glasses and not the usual 2 week period. Definitely coming back and recommend to friends

Top notch service and exceptional value. Their staff is amazing, Brian knew exactly what type of frame I needed and took time to ensure my measurements were accurate. The eye doctor provided tips on how to avoid eye strain and worked with me to ensure my prescription fit my needs. Can't say enough great things about eye connect. My whole family comes here and is very satisfied with their service's.

They are the BEST I’ve found LA county! I’ve been going here for years and every time I try another place the others are just not as good. Eye Connect is awesome - affordable, fantastic customer service, and FAST!! They can have normal glasses ready the same day, often in one hour. They are a simple, family run business in a little old shopping center but they are the best - and have a huge selection of frames. They have my business for years to come!!

Came in on Saturday for eye exam and reading glasses. Sean was super helpful and patient with my questions. Soon after, I saw doctor Sue and got a my eyes examined quickly. She is super friendly and I had a great experience. Within an hour I had new glasses, and feel like a new person ready for 2020! Highly recommended!

I’m not a fan of eye doctors in general, however the people here made it worthwhile. They were friendly and understanding. Had my glasses done in 1 hour. This will definitely be the eye place I go to from now on.

Great place, as I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve gotten custom lenses done for my Cartier Sunglasses as well as prescription glasses as well. They have the best prices around and fastest turn around time for rimless glasses as well. Quick Question: When will you all be open back up? I went by last week and have been calling and the whole shopping center is pretty much closed due to construction.

Every single person was so welcoming and kind, highly informative, conversational, detail-oriented, and jobs are done incredibly fast. Place is super clean, great selection in the lower price range that I chose from, and they were so helpful. THEY MADE CHOOSING GLASSES SO FUN. Doctor was so friendly and energetic and answered all my questions. Everyone seemed to love the work they do. I'm so impressed. And they gave me discounts!

I GOT A PAIR OF GLASSES service was ok eye Dc its not good at all she don't want to do her job ,,, I have problem with the glasses for more then 3 months and they don't want to fix or to return it by the way the glasses were very expensive, for the time ,service and quality you can get it online or at SAMS.
