I had cataract surgery with Dr. Alegret last year. While the office may not be terribly impressive, the care is superlative. Dr. Alegret was patient and understanding of my fears. Moreover, he restored my vision to 20/20. I highly recommend Dr. Alegret en Ingles y Espanol.

Dr. Armando Alegret is a wonderful and knowledgeable ophthalmologist. He is very caring and patient. I had my cataract surgery with him and my eyes are 20/20 again!

They say it's a very good clinic, but I've called and called and they never answer the phone. I wish they would improve their customer service.

Horrible office makes you wait more than an hour and when you refuse to have your eyes dilated they kick out

Not sure why all of the low reviews, I have always had a great experience here. Making an appointment and being seen by a knowledgeable physician has always been easy for me and I appreciate that this office is one of the few analogue offices left in Miami. No frills and you can tell the patients have been coming here for a long time which to me shows the doctors know what they are doing. I also appreciate medical plans of treatment that are insurance conscious and risk averse. I believe this group of doctors is dedicated to their practice and their work shows it. Highly recommend!

The number of appointments they make exceeds their capacity to work. Patients pile up in the waiting rooms. You may have an appointment scheduled and it is very common that when you check in it does not appear on their lists. They do not use an electronic record system, not even email, they only have fax. If you have the possibility of going to another office it would be better. The doctors are good, but their methods are very outdated for 2024. The team of receptionists and medical assistants do not have adequate coordination. They should consider thinking about a manager if they do not have one.

Dr Perez was fantastic. Highly recommend him. The office is SW 22nd st so be sure to go to that section of coral way.
