The Dr and Nurse was GREAT!!!!!! However, the receptionist is HORRIBLE. That attitude and rude personality is not becoming. When making the appointment on the phone she was direct, I felt rushed and as if I was an inconvenience. I let that go because I understand one can get overwhelmed or busy. But when I came to check in, she saw me stand in front of the window and continued her PERSONAL conversation with the nurse for about 30 seconds. NOTHING work related. After she was done, THEN she said, "NAME". So I responded, "GOOD MORNING". She then rolled her eyes, typed something in the computer and then got up and walked away. Maybe to blow off steam. I don't know. Then she came back, and told me to have a seat. I've NEVER seen such poor customer service at a Dr's office before. Apparently, no concern or value for her job. That experience alone will have me seek Healthcare. Elsewhere.

Multiple bad experiences that took up way too much of my time. I got to the pharmacy and learned that the office didn’t provide sufficient information to the pharmacy, which meant that my prescription couldn’t be filled until Eye Consultants responded to the pharmay’s request for additional information. Of course, Eye Consultants proceeded not to answer its phone for 40 minutes. Ridiculous. The doctor who treated me was fine, but the receptionist was rude and the wait was long (about 40 minutes). The receptionist took off her face mask when she was not sitting at the front desk, which is dangerous because COVID-19 droplets can remain in the air for up to 3 hours. This is especially concerning because the office is inside Piedmont Hospital and there are signs everywhere that face masks must be worn. Overall, I would not recommend this office.
