Jasmine at the Scottish Right location (the little clerk) she is EXTREMELY RUDE. When she answers she acts if if she doesn’t want a job. She’s very incompetent and she cannot articulate effectively. Extremely uninviting and not welcoming at all. Absolutely disgusting disposition and she should absolutely be terminated because it seems like she doesn’t want a job that requires interacting with customers. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. She is a horrible representation and she is absolutely disgusting.

I chose to bring my daughter here because i read all the great reviews. I guess today was just an off day because we did not have a good experience. My husband and I took our daughter here and we saw Dr Pollard. He was to rough with her for our liking. He was disrespectful to us. He was very short when talking to us. He also acted afraid of our daughter. She's a year and a half old. Obviously she's not going to be happy when you're tugging at her eyes. She's going to scream and squirm! He did not handle the situation correctly. We will not be going back to this place.
