Everytime I bring my grandmother here you guys take extremely long and are very inconsiderate of peoples time 3 almost 4 hours is a bit much and I called the front desk lady was very rude when I’m just asking what’s the wait for . And this is all the time even to just do a check up to just set a appointment

I called weeks ago and set an appointment just for me to arrive this morning and the doors are locked and no one is answering when I call

Excellent eye doctor, especially for diabetic patients, but usually lengthy wait times and they charge $60 if you want your eyeglass prescription to purchase glasses online. The only way they do not charge is if you make it clear you are not going to use your prescription to buy any glasses online. They say this is to ensure quality of the glasses. Excellent doctor, but the wait can be extensive and glasses prescription charge is a bit annoying if you want to order from online glasses retailer.

Absolutely terrible service, I cannot describe to you how difficult it was getting my glasses from this place (I was never able to get them). At one point, I called them ( I called them all the time and they never answered) and it went straight to voicemail and then I called them on my work phone and they answered straight away... they literally blocked me. Overall the level of service was unprofessional and I would advise anyone who doesn't want to waste their time to go there.
