We had an appointment and after that was finished, they said to schedule the next one for 3 months. We were going to be traveling and requested one 6 months out. the front desk person was not pleasant and said the doctor wants a 3- month follow-up. We insisted on one 6 months out and she said she would check with the doctor and call us back. That was 1 month ago. Terrible customer service!

Patient care is great, but their invoicing/billing department is a disaster. Unfortunately, we will be leaving this practice due to the ridiculous amount of time we have had to spend trying to provide payments that their system won't accept for inexplicable reasons.

Waited 30 minutes before being called back so that was a little long...but friendly check in, Jessica as a technician too. Then I was out in 60 minutes, so efficient all around. I thoroughly like Dr Malstrom and his friendly yet professional manner.
Thoroughly recommend this office, after my second experience.
