The staff is very helpful, thoroughly explaining your options without pushing you towards any particular deal or selection. One of the better Vision Specialist groups.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.I especially loved how Dr. Barez really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. Highly recommend!

I did not have the best of experience. The first time I went, the doctor did spend a good amount of time to complete testing. However, I waited 2 hours before I could even see him. Ultimately, my eye pain improved with the help. However, the second time I visited, I waited another 1.5 hours to see him, and he clearly stated to me that he will not answer some of my questions. I barely spent 5 minutes in the room, after taking half a day off work, and hundreds of dollars on treatment, and being told that he will not answer my questions. I asked if he could call me later with an answer, and he stated he will not. Whom should I ask questions about my eye then? These were common questions - when it comes to the health of the eye, any layperson might be nervous and want to understand. I felt completely rushed and dismissed by the doctor at the end. I don't think any patient should be made felt to be a burden if they have a couple of questions. Esp in a 5 minute appt that comes after 2 hour wait. If doctor is unwilling to answer questions, then patients should not be charged $50 copay for a visit that was completely unproductive and dismissive - it's not respectful of the patient's time and money. Ultimately, these experiences left me feeling very upset and disrespected as a patient.
