I went February 2022 for my annual visit. I got my glasses with my new prescription and noticed it was off. I was told to wait two weeks to allow my eyes to adjust - when I went back they saw that yes indeed it was wrong. I waited another two weeks and when I got them back they were still off, again I was told to wait - in the meantime I suffered dizzy spells and nausea. After another couple of weeks - still off - I had enough and started wearing my previous prescription glasses and the dizziness and nausea went away. In May 2023 I lost my old glasses and had to wear the "off" pair and the dizziness and nausea returned. I called and asked if they could fix it and was told I waited too long, so too bad, so sad. They KNOW it's the wrong prescription but because I waited they refuse to fix their error. I was not in a hurry to return because the trust was gone. Not only will they not correct their mistake but after a certain time even if they know they erred they refuse to correct. Avoid at all costs!

Dr Matt is phenomenal and so caring and compassionate. He got my prescription right and was very thorough and explained everything. Thank you so much Dr. Matt I truly appreciate everything.

Starting with my 9 am call, they got me in by 11:30 and cared for an emerging problem without a long wait at any point. Every one i encountered was professional, efficient, and friendly.
The result was fantastic too.
