We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Marina Miguel at Vision Eye Center. She conducted eye exams for both my husband and me, and we were genuinely impressed by her professionalism, thoroughness, and care. Dr. Miguel took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. It never felt rushed—she was attentive and detail-oriented, which gave us a lot of confidence in her assessment. Overall, we would highly recommend Dr. Miguel to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and thorough eye doctor. We’re glad we found her and will definitely be returning for future visits.

Dr. Melissa Manzo are the best. First time here made me feel very comfortable and the staff was very friendly I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Dr. Manzo!

My experience overall was fantastic. Starting off with Javier, he was amazing! treated me and my daughter with kindness and professionalism, he helped me with everything I needed to know about my insurance. And he was very welcoming. Dr. Lherrisan was phenomenal. She did an amazing job !!

Dr. Marina is the best! She’s efficient while also being very clear about what’s going on, why, and how to fix it. I especially enjoy that she takes the time to explain the science behind what’s going on and I leave feeling like I have a better understanding of how to care for my eyes.

I had a very disappointing experience at this optical center. The staff — especially the lady who shows you the glasses — was extremely rude and dismissive. When they tell you that they will call u it’s a lie. U have to go back to them n all they say is “I don’t understand why the other lady who handles this didn’t call you.” On top of that, their products come with absolutely no warranty or guarantee. If your glasses break for any reason, that’s your loss — “you break it, you break it,” and that’s literally the attitude they give you. For a place selling something as essential and expensive as eyewear, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this optical center to anyone. Poor customer service and zero accountability for their products make it a place worth avoiding.

The place is great . Staff is awesome , please ask for Isaac he is great and very professional. I’m very happy I got my eyeglasses in 2 weeks exactly. The appointment for the eye was very quick and the waiting period at the office was reasonable . Didn’t wait too long to see the eye specialist .

Myself and My Four Children been a patient at this Eye center for the past 15 years now and We have always had a positive experience until recent change of Management. Sarah Salazar (Owner as per Sarah) is the worst business owner ever to get on the phone with. She seemed very disorganized, had very poor communication skills, and appointments are not handled efficiently. Sadly I now have to change eye doctors because recently I had a horrible phone encounter with Sarah Salazar (OWNER) . She called very aggressive and very rude, wanting my insurance information to order my glasses. Mind you I went to go get fitted in February 2026. I THOUGHT THE GLASSES WAS BEING PROCESS THIS ENTIRE TIME. Never HAVE I EVER experience this type of unprofessionalism in my life. As a long time patient, It is very disappointing to see such a decline in service. I really hope Sarah will take these concerns seriously and work on how to improve patient experience. Don't even waste your time coming here. Horrible services and long wait times, lack of Communication!

I would give zero stars if I could. The exam itself went very well—the doctor was excellent. Unfortunately, everything after that was a complete nightmare. I was told my child’s glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. When I returned, they weren’t ready. A week later, I was told the frame I selected wasn’t available and it would take another 2 weeks. They also claimed my insurance was “difficult to work with,” which I know is not true—I’ve worked in the optical field before, and this insurance typically has a very fast turnaround. To verify, I contacted the insurance company directly. They informed me that no order had even been placed by the store. After confronting the store with this information, the glasses “miraculously” arrived within a week—6 weeks after the initial visit. On top of that, the frame wasn’t even the one I chose, but I accepted it since my child urgently needed them. When the glasses later broke and I requested a replacement, the same pattern repeated. I was told 3 weeks, then delayed again. Once again, my insurance confirmed no order had been submitted. Only after I confronted the store did the glasses suddenly arrive within a week. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I strongly recommend going somewhere that values transparency and customer care.

I walked in for my first time not knowing to expect, as I was in need of my contact lens. First when I walked in I was greeted by everyone. They listened to my needs and offered me the best options to my budget. I was highly recommended and now I see why. They took their time with not just me but with other customers that were ahead of me. I will be coming here and have made Eye Contact Vision Center my one stop shop for all my vision needs. Thank you Dr. Manzo, Stefany, and Janet for your superb customer service!! Excellent job!!

This specific place used to be one of my favorite places to go especially with my son. But it has gone downhill, today literally had my son go there for an exam and he literally was rushed because he did let them put in eye drops right away. (Meanwhile my son is autistic) instead of saying stay right here I will go see my other patient and be right back he was told “let’s go I have other patients”. That is unprofessional and rude especially to a 9yr old child.

Every member in this place are really friendly and helpful with what you need, they moved really fast to help me getting my contact lenses, Dra Marina was so technical and professional.

Great location and great customer service! Roxana took care of me and made sure I was happy with my choice between glasses and contact lenses. She was very kind and helpful. I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!
