Dr. Carpenter and his staff are wonderful! Courteous, clean and friendly. I picked my glasses up today, I love them. Thank you so much Dr. Carpenter!
Dr. Richardson did my eyelid surgery here two weeks ago, what a wonderful job he did. My peripheral vision is great as a result of the great job Dr. Richardson did. I can say nothing but great things, totally satisfied with both Dr. Carpenter and Dr. Richardson. Dr. Carpenter did cataract surgery and my eyesight is wonderfull..staff here are so pleasant here.

Where to start well i would give this place a zero if i could.. Our appointment was at 9:45am. I took my 72 year old father for a cataracts surgery consultation. It took them until 2pm to call us to the back. Then we spoken to the doctor and they wanted us to pay 500 down. What his insurance covers the surgery and one type of cover for the eye. They wanted to force him into paying for the upgraded cover for the eye that isnt covered by the insurance. When i told her that we wanted the one that his insurance covers they said that they cant do that. They didnt even give him the opportunity of the one his insurance covers. This place is a scam with long waiting times and makes the elderly pay for upgrades that they dont want or cant afford.i dont see how they got the stars they have.

Will never return. My appt was scheduled for 9am, I arrived 10 min early and was still made to wait an hour before being called back. The tech seemed to know the most basic things, but hadn't even heard of the somewhat common glaucoma medication I'm on. She was a bit rude. I was sent back to the waiting room for 15 min or so before being taken to a room to wait for the dr. Then I had to wait an additional 20 min for him to come into the room. The dr was rude, I had come with my pressure #s from 3 months ago, he told me he didn't need that, didn't care to see it & he didn't need history. He would just take a look today & tell me what needed to happen going forward. Only asked what my highest pressure #s were before going on medication. The experience in the waiting room was not comfortable. Every poster and brochure they had was in Spanish. It felt like they are most comfortable with that & since I don't speak Spanish they reacted to me differently. Don't go unless you're comfortable with an insane wait time.
