The worst experience I’ve ever had. In the morning I got a call to come and pick up the glasses, so I didn’t have an appointment. I’m pregnant, and they didn’t let me in stating that in the office there’s too many people at the time. I was wearing mask, but when they didn’t let me come in, I took off the mask. Even through in the hospitals are better communication and rules for Covid, this place is the worst. I was asking for f I can come in and sit in the lobby because I’m pregnant, they told me to sit on the cold concrete fence-bench. So, I was serviced outside breathtaking some paint and sitting on the cold bench. Ladies at the front desk are too rude and can’t communicate with their clients. They think that they’re everything. Even through I didn’t have an appointment, but they called me to pick up my glasses, they have to treat and service me well!! Never come back!! The worst experience!!!

This place was ok but I wouldn't recommend it. Due to the pandemic and sudden health issues my insurance is apple health. My teen daughter received a eye test there and was given this shabby little box of maybe 15 pairs of cheap glasses to choose from. She made a FEW selections each one was "the wrong size" the guy said..after being denied the only ones she had way liked, she just made a choice and even then, the man told her she would have to go with the plum colored frames because the black ones were to snug around her temples. Why was she told she had a choice of any glasses in the small box for our insurance? It was a tacky deal. On top of all that we were told they would call us within a few weeks when they were ready. It was 2 months later that we were told we could come get them!!! My daughter was horrified with the place. She felt that we were treated like we weren't important. Anyone else have this problem?

Had an overall great experience! Submitted a form online, the receptionist desk got back to me fairly quickly to setup an appointment. The staff were all very nice/efficient in setting me up for my first appointment. I appreciated that the staff were happy to explain to me all the different things they were doing (since each office has different equipment) - I appreciated the insight of the technology/testing they do at this office! Dr. Q was very helpful in understanding and explaining the questions I had in regards to my ocular history and took the time to explain to me why my eyesight may have shifted significantly couple years ago. I never felt rushed or a burden - felt like they were taking care of each patient individually and not just rushing me in/out. Glad to have found an optometrist office so close!
