Good location and easy to park. Efficient front desk process and friendly staff. The tech who did my intake and initial exams was excellent. And Dr. Madravadi was outstanding in all aspects: professional, engaging, very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining my eye condition and subsequent plans.

My mother had an appointment this morning and I went there with her to interpret. I was a bit nervous because I needed to act between my mother and nurses/doctors. But everyone was so nice that the experienced ended up very pleasant and even relaxing. Special call out on: Abena: she was very efficient and did everything quickly. Responded to my question and typed my answers in an efficient manner. My interaction with her took almost no efforts. I was amazed how easy she made it. The Asian lady who performed the test on my mother: very nice and kind. Made my mother very comfortable even though her English was limited. Super patient in our questions. Wonderful experience. Dr. Fischer: very knowledgeable and experienced. She's also nice, and very welcoming. I believe she got the right answer we were seeking. One last thing: I didn’t enjoy the check in process with the machine. It was hard to use, and I didn’t find it welcoming by being told everyone “must” use the tablet to check in. But we got a friendly receptionist’s help, which was nice.

Dr Mayer was a professional and personable ophthalmologist. He communicates well, explains options after discussing what is possible. His office and the surgery center were so supportive and professional. Great staff and excellent facilities. I had a very high prescription and had worn glasses since I was 8. He removed my cataracts and inserted lenses using laser technology. I am so pleased with 20/20 vision and using drugstore reading glasses.
