had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. I scheduled an appointment online, received an email confirmation, filled out all required medical forms in advance, and took the afternoon off work. When I arrived, the doctor said, “Oh, that wasn’t me, that was them.” No explanation of who “them” was. Another employee was sitting at his desk and didn’t even look up. No one apologized. Not once. They told me I could come back another day. That’s not acceptable. I’m a returning customer and have already spent over $800 here. To make it worse, another patient walked in with an appointment and they were immediately friendly and saw her first, while expecting me to sit and wait after their mistake. If your email and scheduling system fails and a customer does everything right, someone needs to own it and apologize. Blaming “someone else” with no accountability is disrespectful. I would not recommend this place.

I always look forward to my annual visit with Dr. Klufas! She is so kind, professional, and down to earth, and my visits are always super efficient. Her staff is also incredible. They are really helpful when choosing a new pair of lenses and always seem like they're having the best time! I highly recommend making your next eye appointment with Dr. Klufas!
