I've never had a better experience getting new glasses. The customer service couldn't be better and the selection spans classic to modern. I'm a repeat customer and don't expect to go anywhere else!

Been going here for two years now. The doctors are super friendly and helpful but both years I’ve had an updated contact prescription, and the front office has had an issue with ordering my trial contact lenses. Both years I’ve been given the wrong trial lenses resulting in unnecessary additional visits to the office. I’m still waiting on my trial lenses even though my appointment was a month and a half ago.

Dr. Pentecost is wonderful. He is so thorough and extremely patient with all my questions. I definitely don't feel rushed through like "just another number". He has a very present energy that I really appreciate as someone with a lot of health anxiety! I have always found his team to be really helpful. For example, even though I'm out of network they explained what my out of pocket would be in a very clear way. He is also pretty easy to get in with- I love that I don't have to wait weeks or months for an appointment. The beautiful offices (both Capitol Hill and Leschi) are just icing on the cake. Parking isn't too bad for either location and the interior design is so well done, it's worth popping in just to do some window shopping if you're a design nerd like me.
