Took my son to this place and was very happy with the service. The doctor is friendly and all the staff are bilingual (English and Spanish). Leyi and Brenda were great with my son. They did everything they could to find me the best price for my budget. Thank you!

I used to go here for my kids prescriptions and their glasses would be ready within a week. Last time I went though they told me 3 weeks for my sons glasses to be ready but if I wanted them done in less than a week I would have to pay an additional 90 dollars. I decided to wait the 3 weeks and more than a month later my sons glasses still aren’t ready and when I call they have no answers and tell me to continue waiting. They literally have no idea where my sons glasses are, wouldn’t surprise me if they never sent the prescription in the first place. So, if you’re in immediate need of glasses don’t go here unless you’re willing to wait 2+ months for a pair of glasses. I used to go here with no issues but maybe it’s new management. Either way, waiting 2 months for glasses is unacceptable.

I waited for over 2 weeks for my eye glasses and they were supposed to be sunglasses since I have photophobia and am sensitive to light but they were not. I couldn't wear them because they just magnified the light and I had to go back to the emergency room and get another prescription. The lady didn't know any English if she did she might have known that they were supposed to be sunglasses.
