1. My two daughters had eye exams in Kissimmee. 12 yr old needed new glasses, 8 yr old has perfect vision. 2 weeks later no call regarding glasses so I stop in. They had glasses for my 8 yr old, the one who did not need glasses. They needed to reorder the glasses for 12 yr old, who has such poor vision these glasses needed sent to the lab to be made so add another 5 to 10 business days. 2. 12 yr old needed further testing in her eyes so they sent us to St Cloud. Testing was done last week and we went in for the follow up. We waited for an hour. They brought us back and the doctor was unsure what was going on or why she had the test. This is the doctor that ordered the test. A test that did not even address the issue. 12 yr old has to come back next month for the proper test. I will never come to Eye Florida again (after all the testing is completed). I urge everyone to reconsider using Eye Florida.

So I have been a patient with Eye Florida before they moved to their new location on Miranda Ln. They were awesome! However, since moving to the new location (approximately over a year ago) I have been unhappy with their telephone system. I like the doctor and staff is pretty nice. However, their telephone automated system is horrible. I had to chuckle when I read the response to Selena Q's review. This happened to me last year when I tried calling to schedule for my annual exam and again just today (11 months after Selena Q's review). Still same issue with their telephone. I don't want to find another eye doctor but if you can't even get through to make an appointment I guess I have no other choice.

It has been over a month now and i had went in two months ago for new glasses and still have not received them yet!

Oh my G that was the worst services ever. People are so rude. It looked like they do not even care about the people calling or follow up.

This is the best place from the staff to the doctor everyone was very friendly clean environment. I felt very comfortable and was treated very well. Everyone their was very knowledgeable they have a office in SaintCloud and the same as well I highly recommend this place.

I am really happy with this Optomologist. The office is so nice an inviting. I was impressed with the receptionists professionalism and The doctors assistant. The receptionist acknowledged my existence and asked very politely to give her a moment while she finished up with a person that she was working with. ( This is really BIG to me , being a customer service manager for over 15 years and living it! Nowadays professional offices need customer service training badly! So sad) forget the doctor, if the staff is pleasant and professional that is a cure for whatever illness! Keep up the good work guys. I will in my next review mention your names. I did not have them this time around. You need to be recognized! And thank you!

It's going to be 3 MONTHS waiting for my eye glasses. Meanwhile my eye vision it's getting more affected. Poor service. They don't contacted you to tell me what's going on.👎 …

SERIOUSLY? do these people ever answer their phone? im tired of hearing that stupid recording press one for assistance. it rings 3 times then gives you back to the stupid automated message. Press one for assistance. dumb.

Had an appointment for 3pm. At 3:26pm went to front desk to ask what e was the hold up. Waited another 5 minutes. When I walked into the office it was totally empty, so I didn't understand why the long wait. Also, try to tell the front desk person that my medical insurance co-pay was $30.00, she kept telling me it was $10.00. I kept telling her that $10.00 was for VSP eye exam. I know I will be getting a bill. I just gave up and pay the $10.00 knowing that I will get a bill in the future. Overall not very pleased with the experience. Between the billing and the wait time , it was disappointing. 2 stars because at least Dr. Flores was pleasant and professional.

Great Doctor. Dr. Nguyen is outstanding. Staff is also pretty good. Excellent experience. 3rd visit and was as good as the first.

Made an appointment that was confirmed at this location and was emailed that it was rescheduled to their St.cloud location with less than an hour notice, no phone call at all. Rescheduled the appointment to today and again was confirmed and I even checked in online with my insurance information but was told when I got here that because they didn’t have my insurance that they never confirmed it. They have no sense of urgency or care for people’s time. The worst part is the doctor could be amazing And help not only myself but others as well, seeing how I’m not the only one that’s had problem with the front staff I feel a lot of people are not getting the help that they need because of this problem.

Terrible service. Calling the office is torture. I had an appointment at 10 am, they didn't see me for almost two hours, and Dr. Flores didn't even show up. I've been trying for two months to get an appointment to check my glasses …

I was extremely pleased with the exam and assistance with ordering new glasses. However, it has been over a month and still no glasses, I cannot get through on the phone and when I went in to check was brushed off with the optician was not in. Still waiting for a response to a message I left. Just called again and phone just continues to ring. School starts in a little over two weeks and still without my new glasses that were paid for and ordered on June 13.

Excessive wait times and poor communication with patients. On two different occasions I've had to call them and ask for lab results as they haven't followed through to contact me.

Long waits the staff were short tempered. Also they failed to fill out very simple paperwork.

She shouldn’t even call her self a doctor. I’m not sure if she’s dumb or just doesn’t care about her patients at all but she was no help for a chemical eye injury at eye Florida...... crazy. And all this was after we came on time for our appointment and the receptionist said we never signed in with an attitude and we definitely did, so we Went to the second waiting room after hour to wait another 25 to see the “doctor”.

THIS PLACE IS A MESS! The sense of urgency is non-existent. They never answer the phone, sends you to VM but no one gets back to you, which quite frustrating but even worse if they send you the incorrect bill and you actually do NEED to follow up. I needed to get my insurance involved after calling many times and having to drive their twice during their office hours but no sight of anyone there. I guess they just simply up and go home an hour or 2 early if there is no appointments? Even when their posted hours on the door say otherwise. And well, don't get me started about the actual doctor. Dr. Flores looked and acted like he was forced to be there. Had no clue how to diagnose me and was bothered by my questions. I ended up sticking to my old prescription.

Tried calling all morning about if my eyes were going to get dilated, but literally no department or place is answering when in says they are open. Seems very unprofessional, would not recommend. Go somewhere that actually communicates with you.

Had a great experience, no waiting really. A few minutes is all. Got my glasses fixed and ordered new ones. I was in and out in a short time. Staff was pleasant as well as the Dr. I will be back.

Stay as far away from this eye doctor practice as you can! They do not have a clue what they are doing in regards to diagnosis issues. They constantly mess up your billing and send you other peoples bills. I had to have my insurance company intervene to actually get a correct bill. When you call they do not answer the phone, you go to voicemail and nobody ever calls you back. I would recommend finding another practice.

Terrible experience was 10 minutes early and still waited over an hour in the waiting room. They even called in a or that came in after my appointment. I would give 0 stars if I could.

First time patient: the staff was friendly and rather helpful. Attention was quick, which is nice compared to the last clinic I went to which was slow as molasses.

Came here because this provider was on my insurance. Appointment as right at 2pm. I was on time. Came in and the room was pretty crowded. Waited in the lobby for 40 minutes before the receptionist even said they were running behind for appointments. One of the receptionists is an older lady and she has the dullest personality. Finally brought back for work up almost a hour after appointment time. Received a work up but still waited for the doc another 15 mins. Waited over 2 hours. First appointment n last appointment at this place.

doctor is great but the assistant at the front with the rose tattoo on her wrist is super unprofessional. She treats patients with a snotty attitude and she even yelled at someone who was calling the office. Overall great location and Doctor but just that woman at the front was unbearable no matter how nice anyone was to her. Very bipolar the way she spoke.
