All staff members are friendly and never act like they are bothered by helping from check in through each step leading up to seeing the doctor. Always have had excellent experience for the last 25+ years when I first saw Dr Brown and now Dr.Gardner. I recommend this practice to friends and family!

The doctor care is excellent! The ladies you see in the back, who do all the preliminary procedures are phenomenal! They are very good with my daughter and me as patients and so friendly and nice. I appreciate how comfortable they make us feel. The wait time in the waiting room, which for us, is typically extremely long was much more reasonable today. Speaking from our experience only, I always feel like the ladies in the front who check you in and out, are burdened and I need to pray for them. They are the "face" of the office, the first people you see when you come in...they set the tone for your visit...your first impression. We try to be cheerful, in order to cheer them up. Smile, ladies! Be friendly! We love this practice.

I am absolutely thrilled with Dr Brown and his whole staff. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The building is immaculate. I have only had one of my eyes done so far but if the other one comes out as good as the first one I will be thrilled. Very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.
