My apt was at 10 . I arrive 15 min as asked to fill in paper work. At 10:30 I said I am late for work when will they call me back . Desk person said there is still one person ahead of you . It’s now 11 and I still haven’t been called . So far I am posting a 1 star and I haven’t even been seen . My time is just as important as theirs .

Appointment made Nov 1 22. Eye exam Dec 5 22. Surgery scheduled for January 27. Clinic canceled me then blocked my telephone number. DONT GO THERE.

This place is horrible..They need to take inconsideration these complaints. Doesn't seem like they actually care no matter what u say, why would I come to your facility and not see a surgeon,which I was supposed to because I already seen 2 opticians and now a 3rd with a referral. I won't be going back. The young lady didn't make any sense on top of that as well. New management is definitely needed.
