My third time calling today and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to anyone. All I’m trying to do is make an eye exam appt. I’m not really sure how this place gets new patients. Zero starts for customer service.

Very loud staff on third floor my wife has heart condition gets easily startled and the staff were talking and giggling very loud like if the were in the lunch break room it startled my wife ,very unprofessional this should be a peaceful environment not loud staff members right at appointment window ,I will be sure that my wife and I never come back to the eye doctor office

Dr.Reis is an excellent Doctor. She answers all my questions and gives me her full attention. Very satisfied. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

I am writing a review today about the Eye Health Associate's horrible billing department. I have tried every single day this week to call their billing department. I have called more than once. I have called the EHA's office and spoke with a nice lady who was going to email the billing department and ask them to contact me; they did not. Every call I made, I was second or third in queue, was told my wait time would be two minutes. After ten minutes on hold, I was disconnected. You were given the option to leave a message, which I did, but never received a return call. I am surprised that Eye Health Associates would choose to go with a company with such poor standards. Why does it take over a week to try to get through to the billing department to get an error corrected and I still haven't been able to speak with someone. Eye Health Associates really needs to do better. And, when you call the office for help someone needs to be able to help you. I believe these call are outsourced anyway. I would rather have labor or go to the dentist than have to call this billing department again. Gives me great anxiety. It shouldn't be like that. Bad job, Eye Health Associates.

I had a follow up appointment on 05/08/2026 with Dr Kenyan. 3:30 was my appointment, I waited 45 minutes and I couldn’t wait any longer I had to return to work. Still today 05/19/2026 I have yet to receive a called from them to inquire of any concerns they would like to know of how my left eye is recovering. I’ve been going to this place for many years never I experience this unprofessional action from anyone at this Rye Heath Center. They better hope that the Lasik procedure that’s was done on me work and fix my problem. Still a blurred on my left eye. And I’ve been very patient.

I've been a patient for years and I am so disappointed..I've been rescheduled for the last 3 appointments for my annual exam just to be rescheduled 30 minutes prior to my appointment on all 3 occasions with the same excuse of "provider had an emergency" i understand we have emergencies but to be rescheduled 3 times to later dates is ridiculous! Now I have to wait 2 months for an exam after being rescheduled for 3 months in a row! You lost this patient and I will never return!

Its a good place but some customers stink bad even ten feet away needs a serious laundry & shower.my sinus are sensitive.

The billing department is horrible! They take your co-pay at the time of your visit and then bill you again for it! This is our 4th time getting an invoice for a visit that we already paid! Eye Health, you need to do better! When speaking with your staff, they say they will take care of it, only to re-bill my insurance under a different code making it appear as a different visit. We will be going elsewhere because of their incompetence, not the doctors! We are DONE!!

I have always received excellent care at this facility, including eye exams, surgery, and glasses. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience Managing Director was a former Professor / instructor at Mass Eye, a division of Mass General hospital to ophthalmology residence. All the ophthalmologist a top-notch some he has drafted from Boston. Five is your highest score. They're rated at 10 plus.

Staff at front desk very friendly and polite. I didn't wait long to be called in. Doctor was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my situation. I would highly recommend this office.

Ok It’s December 22nd 4:00 and I’m sure everyone is overwhelmed with all the things they probably need to prepare for the holidays, so you would think people would be stressed and cranky. NOPE! EVERY SINGLE person I dealt with from getting directions to the correct floor, to checking in, the the person giving me the exam were ABSOLUTELY amazing! What a great staff you have working at your Dartmouth office!

Bought my glasses from them years ago. Went in and asked questions about my two pairs of glasses to see if they could be repaired. They were very polite. One had good lenses but broken frame the other had bad lenses but good frame so they combined the two into 1 good pair since the frame and lenses that were damaged couldn't be saved were identical for both pair they made 1 good pair of glasses and didn't even charge me. What great service.

Hi just had my second surgery done at this clinical Eye Health Vision centers in Dartmouth and let me tell my experience from the day of my first check up to the day of the surgery I don’t have not one complaint Dr. Richard she excellent professional Dr and a fabulous person all the staff from the office and all working at the surgery center there are fantastic & lovely nurses I felt very comfortable and not scared at all for me I’ll give five stars on everything from the first step in until my let’ step out to you all thank you very much for everything and God Bless all🙏And i recommend to everyone that needs ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I went to the Optical Shop and Christina B. was great 👍! She answered all of my questions and checked my Insurance. I walked in without any sort of an appointment, so I appreciated her assisting me. I had also brought in an older pair of glasses that needed some help and Christina went above and beyond with restoring them, thanks! I would recommend the Dartmouth Office to anybody as of now and I'm confident the new glasses will be fine. Thank you!

From eye exams/contact and eyeglass visits to the LASIK department, the service at Eye Health Vision Center in Dartmouth has been nothing but a pleasant and positive experience. The staff and doctors there are extremely professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services.

I came without an appointment just to see if I could make one. Long story… they were booked for the day but still fit me in with almost no wait. I felt confident in the diagnosis and treatment plan. I would recommend this practice.

They are great at follow-up care. They book appointments to follow-up if they find concerns with you. I will continue to go here for many years and when I need more appointments they are accommodating and want to get you back for follow-up on your condition. Medical staff were knowledgeable, approachable, and pleasant.

I was not a patient prior, but was having an eye emergency that I had just been to urgent care the day before and the ER early the same morning and was desperate to find someone who would look at my eye. My eye doctor (Vision works) couldn't get me in for 3 days! I called here and they got me an appointment an hour and a half later. When I got there, I ended up needing a referral from my doctor for my health insurance, but they just had me sign a paper and handled the rest so I could still be seen. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Marques told me I had an ulcer and was put on antiviral meds immediately. My eye starting feeling better after taking the first dose. The staff, and Dr. Marques were all so caring and wonderful. I went ahead and scheduled a regular eye exam and plan on coming here for all my eye needs. Thank you all so much for your compassion and speed in getting me seen, treated, and feeling better within the same day.

In the contact lens division of Eye Health, Lynn was so helpful and Eddie was such a great and patient teacher for first time contact Lens users. She loves to teach and it shows. Overall great experience there.

My Doctor Allard is excellent and exceptional. She explained all the exams, my results and answered all my questions and concerns. She is the best eye doctor I have ever had. If you want excellent overall service this is where to go for your eye health care. Also the optical center is excellent. The wait time is great The appointment time was fast but doctor Allard,the check in time was thorough and quick. Also the technicians were thorough and time was spent adequately. Dr Townsend is awesome! I needed decompression surgery for TED, this is something very few doctors do nowadays. Everything went well and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff has been friendly and helpful, and when it was time to get glasses (finally) they were very thorough.

Great and friendly staff! The assistant Nelson was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Dr. Breanna Marques is personable, kind, gentle and understanding. The best eye Dr. I’ve ever had. Answered all my questions and concerns. Such a great experience overall! Would recommended this office to my family and friends.

At the optical Erika has been person centered, attentive, appears content doing what she does, standing behind products and services, being confident about it, and is kind and reassuring. Each interaction professional and helpful. The end result always a positive impression - very very patient!
