My experience at the Eye Institute was very good. Be sure you dress warmly or bring a sweater; it is cold in there. I was a bit nervous because my last experience having a procedure on my eyes was not great. The staff were very kind and solicitous. They informed me of everything that was happening as we went along. The only “complaint” was from my husband in the waiting room and that was regarding his having to watch “The View”. Other than that our experience was very satisfactory. I will be going back for my second cataract surgery with a much easier mind
