I have been going here due to my eye doctor sending me since they have specialist. In my 6 month experience, I’ve received low quality care, appointments with 45-1 hour delays, attitude from staff and ignored phone calls when I tried to contact their Office Manager. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to go here and I myself will be going elsewhere. As a Veteran, I’m glad I don’t depend on Corewell for care, because it’s a mess.

This place is a complete joke. Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and checked in. I sat in the waiting room and was never called. 20 minutes after my appointment time I inquired if everything was ok and was told I would be called back shortly. An hour after my appointment time, I left. Not a place I would ever consider going again. Plus, it’s run by residents. I made an appointment elsewhere with a doctor who have been in practice several years and beyond his residency.

Had to call 5 times in a row to see what the status was on my new eyeglass prescription. After waiting for a month and a half, I called only to find that the prescription wasn't actually written out. The front desk kept on disconnecting everytime i called and wouldnt listen to what I was asking for. They forward me to a dead line. For your own sanity, go elsewhere... as Long as your insurance is good elsewhere
