My mom had a doctors appointment at 1pm. They called us back about 1:05pm. I noticed it was 2pm and we were still waiting. When asked how much longer before he comes in , I was told by the nurse we would be next. About 2:25 pm I went out to use the phone and saw Mr. Terrell checking out another patient that had come in way after us. When he finally came in The room I asked him why every time we come to the appointment that it takes so long for him to see us. He stoped me and said we could find another doctor. I just was in disbelief, and said we was waisting time asking questions. I immediately told my 81 year old mom that we will not be returning back. He tried to get nice at the end but the damage was already done. I believe he sees the African Americans patients last

This clinic is the most professional and efficient eye care clinic I've visited in this area. I've taken my elderly parent here for years and I'm now a patient myself. I especially commend them for their cleanliness between patients and their kindness and respect to others.

I have had a couple good visits but one that I'll never forget and the one that caused me to never ever go back again still causes me to feel uncomfortable when I think of it. I typically don't like things really close to my eyes. Dr. Williams did not warn me that he was putting drops in my eyes and forcefully opened my eyes to put drops in. He asked me to stop tensing up but I could not resist because he was causing me to tense up. He caused me to spend too much money on drops that never fixed my eyes. When you call no one answers the phone. Unfortunately they only answer the phone and do call backs on certain days of the week. It took 3 weeks for my contacts to come In and cost me almost $115 a month. He never apologized for making me feel uncomfortable after I told him he did. That to me is terrible service and I will never go back there again and caution anyone that does. He does not allow you to talk to him and he treats his appointments as if he is always in a hurry.
