The lady at the front desk, was extremely rude! I arrived by Lyft 1hr. before my appointment at 9:20 am. They call my last name I went to the front and asked it was for me. She proceeds to tell me No. It was someone else, at this time it's 10am. I asked if the doctor was here? She said she is but your appointment wasn't until 10am. No, my appointment was at 9:20 am. I have an appointment card, and also an email to confirm/affirm what ever you wished to call it. Anyways, STAY TUNED... cause I'm still sitting here waiting at 10:30 am!
