Have been going to him for years. Simple easy process, I'm usually in and out in 30mins. Had an eye injury (cat scratch) across my eye and he sae me every 3 days to make sure infection took hold. Made sure I was taking me meds correctly. Nice and straight to the point honest.

I've been going to Dr Stewart for several years now and never had any issues with him. He is very personable and always listens to my concerns and makes sure he understands what I'm telling him. His eye glass tech (Im not sure if that's the correct title for her) has always been really sweet and accommodating. Now the receptionist is a different story. She has absolutely no people skills. The tech was at lunch so she had to give me my glasses when I picked them up. She cleans the glasses and just hands them to me like "here". No explanation of what she needs me to do or anything. I put the glasses on, and (without saying anything) just puts this card in my face. Kind of caught me off guard. So I'm looking at the card and I'm looking at her like what do you want me to do with this and she still isn't saying anything. So I asked her, well what is this for? What do you want me to do with this? She said "read it". I said ok do you want me to read it out loud. She says "no" and removed the card from in front of me. I suggest Dr Stewart work with her and let her know when she is working with the public, she needs to be a little friendly. Even if she has to fake it. If it had been my first time going I probably wouldn't ever go back. I'd hate for him to lose patients on the account of her not having any personality.

My December 2024 new patient eye exam had mixed results. **Negative:** The front desk staff lacked basic social skills and failed to provide a welcoming atmosphere. This significantly impacted my first impression. The technician assisting with fittings also displayed limited personality and seemed less knowledgeable than expected. Additionally, the eyewear pricing is excessively marked up. For example, a pair of Caroline Herrera frames priced over $300 by Dr. Stewart is available online for $108. While I understand his explanation regarding original purchase price, I suggested he periodically review market pricing and adjust inventory accordingly to avoid losses on depreciated stock. He declined to match the online price. **Positive:** Dr. Stewart was personable, conducted a thorough exam, and engaged in good conversation. Due to the poor first impression and uncompetitive pricing, I am unlikely to return.

The doctor is laid back, funny & most imprtant, very knowledgeable in what he does. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable & detail oriented. They aren't annoying with upselling. They talk w/you & figure out what you might need rather than upselling things you won't necessarily need. They seem to have a great system in place.
