Very pleasant staff but wait times are way too long for services. We also had paid for lens fitting but the lens we think we needed were not in stock, so that creates another appointment after they order a new supply of lenses. Once again, the wait is too long to even come pick up contact lenses. Perhaps we will try the main office in BR next time hoping it will be better.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I came early to fill out paperwork but as soon as my appointment time came up they took me to the back and started their routine eye exams. I also never waited more then a few minutes for the eye doctor, who was also very kind and thorough. Great place with kind people.

I arrived for my morning appointment and 3 people were in the waiting room. 2 with masks and 1 with no mask. The 2 ladies behind the counter (Shanna had a mask over her mouth only and Julie was not wearing a mask) I gave them my insurance … More
