I spent over $500 on Gucci glasses, and within just a few months, the screw fell out. I realized the glasses I bought already had defects from the very beginning-they replaced it with a silver screw instead of the original gold one. Not only did it look wrong, but it kept falling out again and again. The last time it fell out, I couldn't even find the tiny screw anymore. When I went back and asked if they could replace it with the correct color, the staff member had an incredibly rude attitude and said, "Sure, if you buy a new pair of Gucci glasses." That response was completely unacceptable. On top of that, they wasted my time before by asking me to come in hours earlier before my booked appointment, only to make me sit there and wait in case someone else didn't show up. This place clearly does not care about their customers, their time, or the quality of their products. The only thing they seem to care about is getting you to spend more money. Extremely disappointing experience.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL place for people to get their eye exam and prescription glasses done. My dad's prescription glasses came out to be one eye can see clearly and the other blurry as if it was not on the eye. After an eye exam isn't the optometrist job to explain the patient's case? whether he/she needs to do or surgery, anything... but ZERO!!! NO EXPLANATION AT ALL AND VERY IRRESPONSIBLE.

Lily and the staff at this location were very kind and helpful I was going through a glasses emergency and they were the only person that could get me glasses same day and took the time to help me make a good decision thank you I highly recommend

Her name is: Lesfeena Lee. Her attitude, patience and unprofessionalism is terrible, if you are in a bad mood, 100% you can go home and rest. This is my first time here and it will be my last time here. I hope that the guests who come here will never be received by her. I also hope the boss can see this comment.
