Horrible experience! I am a middle-aged college professor. I have worn glasses for over ten years. I am insured for vision thru my healthcare - which costs 1,000 a month. I wanted to use a local business this year. My requirements were one pair of bi-focal and one pair of reading glasses. I reused both my frames. I paid over $300.00. I just received the reading glasses - 7 weeks after the exam! They do not fit! I am told by the lab technician that they can not be adjusted!!! They sit on my face at a marked angle and the nose-piece digs into my nose. I have dealt with seven different women behind the desk - none of which knew what was going on. Obfuscation seems to be the way the business is run. The more mistakes the front desk makes, the more the business makes. STAY AWAY!!! I am posting this everywhere I can - including Davis Vision. Shame on you. You, in the healthcare industry, are the only ones who can correct the problems. The itemized receipt you provided me makes no sense. My mathematics skills are fairly decent - and my spouse is an IT director at a major trucking firm. What you provided me is double talk and more obfuscation. Since I can not read - due to your sub-par product, I will devote my time to spreading the word about this Horrendous service provider. Michael Corolla 6/26/2019
