I’m very pleased with the ophthalmology services offered at Eye Physicians of Florida for my recent Double cataract laser surgery. Dr Deosaran has been thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend her expertise as well as her staff.

The visit. The staff was pleasant at best. But what I found out the way. They practice when it comes to filling out the forms on that table. It would take a hour to read that stuff & the small print when your vision is off. & The glare from the table is affecting your vision. On top of that the hit u with something call infraction when u. Ask for your prescription & tell u. U have to pay 60 dollars & won't give u the prescription unless u pay it. I really think That's wrong on all levels why not mention that before the exam instead of after. It bad practice to me so I inquired about it & threw my insurance as well. But no one could really tell me what the word really mean but it's something your insurance won't pay for. So they withhold your your prescription for a word they don't know how to explain it. & why. So I leave with no prescription can't get my glasses. Know have to go to another Dr. To get another exam to get a prescription to get my make it make sense because it don't so I get charged. $60 to get my prescription if I don't they wouldn't give it to me. I can get a prescription from my doctor that could saved my life but can't get my glasses so I can see what.sence does that make. At all none so beware of what u reading & signing at these Dr. Office on those tables.

I can’t speak to the quality of the physicians care, but I haven’t gone blind yet. However, if it was up to any of the front office staff, I’m sure I would have. They are incredibly inept. I don’t think they’ve ever returned a phone call in their lives.
