I have been very happy with both the medical treatment I have received from Eye Physicians of the East Bay, and with their professionalism and kindness. I use a mobility scooter, and I have found some physician's offices challenging both in terms of physical accommodation and in personal dignity. The staff and docs here have been great on both counts. There was a confusion about my insurance at one point, but I was patient and they were patient, and we figured it out.
Dr. Pascal was described to me by my optometrist as a marvelous surgeon, and that is certainly the truth. He and his staff are terrific.

horrible place to go. they never answer their phone. horrible! if you have another place you can go, just go, because you will waste your time the eye physician of the east bay....

Save time and go somewhere else. They are understaffed, booked out months in advance, and should not be accepting new patients. You are left to figure this out on your own after repeated long hold times on the phone that can end in you being automatically hung up on, even after briefly speaking with a human being. My optometrist referred me to them, but I got tired of trying to get through.
